What You'll Be Working On

You'll be leading a team working across a seriously impressive fleet, including:

  • CAT 992K/G Loaders
  • CAT 785C Haul Trucks
  • CAT 14M & 16M Graders
  • CAT D10T Dozers
  • Komatsu PC2000 Excavators
  • Atlas Copco T45 Drills
  • Scania R620 Road Trains & Belly Dump Trailers

From preventative maintenance and diagnostics through to major repairs, you'll help keep equipment available, reliable and production ready.

You'll also be responsible for supporting the team on the tools, coordinating daily maintenance activities, providing technical guidance, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

  • Heavy Diesel Trade Qualification (Cert III)
  • Previous Leading Hand or senior technician experience
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Experience working on heavy earthmoving equipment
  • Mining experience highly regarded
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A safety-first mindset and pride in quality workmanship
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritise maintenance activities
  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical, Drug & Alcohol Screen and Police Check
  • Full Australian Working Rights
